Bilingual Receptionist (English/Spanish) Overtime Towing & Transport Charlotte, NC 28269

Job Description:

We are looking for a calm, empathetic, and highly skilled receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for answering inbound calls, managing upset callers, and providing effective solutions while maintaining professionalism and calm. As the first point of contact, you will play a key role in shaping our caller’s experience.

Responsibilities:

Answer inbound calls in a friendly, professional manner. Handle escalated, difficult, and combative calls with patience and poise. Provide accurate information and resolve customer inquiries to the best of your ability. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate party. Ability to remain organized.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or similar environment. Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to manage stressful situations. Conflict resolution training or experience is preferred. Excellent listening skills and attention to detail. Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. Basic knowledge of office software and call center systems.
