Front Desk Coordinator 8 The Salon 4425 Sharon Road, Charlotte, NC 28211 At Salon 8, we are renowned for our exceptional service, cutting-edge techniques, and luxurious atmosphere. We pride ourselves on providing an unparalleled experience to our discerning clientele. We are seeking a dynamic and personable Front Desk Coordinator to be the face of our salon. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and memorable experience from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities:
Guest Reception:

Greet clients with a warm and professional demeanor, offering refreshments and ensuring they feel welcomed and valued.

Appointment Management:

Schedule and confirm appointments using salon software, efficiently handling changes and cancellations while maximizing the schedule.

Client Communication:

Handle phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries with exceptional customer service skills, addressing client needs and concerns promptly.

Salon Maintenance:

Ensure the front desk and waiting areas are clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies. Monitor and maintain a professional appearance of the salon.

Team Support:

Collaborate with salon staff to facilitate smooth operations, including coordinating with stylists and assisting with various tasks as needed.

Customer Feedback:

Gather and address client feedback to continuously improve the client experience and resolve any issues effectively.

Qualifications:
Experience:

Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role, preferably in a high-end salon or luxury environment.

Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency in salon management software or similar systems.
