Guest Experience Associate The Head Spa Sanctuary 525 North Ellis Lane, Charlotte, NC 28202 ## Job Summary The Head Spa Sanctuary is one of the busiest Japanese Head Spas in the world, with our state-of-the-art flagship location in Pineville and our brand new location in Uptown Charlotte, located inside the beautiful Kenna Kunijo space. In our Uptown Charlotte Location, we have two private, single-room studios nestled inside the beautiful Kenna Kunijo salon. Designed for peace, privacy, and pure indulgence. We are seeking a professional and friendly Guest Experience Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our company, providing excellent customer service and administrative support. ## Duties

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and clear manner
• Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
• Handle register transactions accurately
• Provide information about products or services
• Assist with upselling products when appropriate
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area ## Requirements
• Excellent time management skills
• Proficiency in English; bilingual abilities are a plus
• Reliable transportation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Must be able to thrive in a startup environment
