Guest Experience Associate The Head Spa Sanctuary 136 Main Street, Pineville, NC 28134 ## Job Summary The Head Spa Sanctuary is one of the busiest Japanese Head Spas in the world and we are rapidly expanding as we move to our new state of the art flagship location in Pineville. We will be expanding our offering of Japanese Head Spas and Facials to adding Korean Facials, Clinically formulated Foot Soaks, Full body Massage, Body Wraps and Scrubs, Multi-Hands Wellness experiences, Zero gravity pedicure and Relaxation areas! We are seeking a professional and friendly Guest Experience Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our company, providing excellent customer service and administrative support. ## Duties

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and clear manner
• Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
• Handle register transactions accurately
• Provide information about products or services
• Assist with upselling products when appropriate
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area ## Requirements
• Excellent time management skills
• Proficiency in English; bilingual abilities are a plus
• Reliable transportation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Must be able to thrive in a startup environment
