Receptionist Salon 527 Charlotte, NC 28206 Job Overview We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service while managing administrative tasks efficiently. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Duties Greet and welcome clients in a warm and professional manner. Answer phone calls and schedule appointments using salon booking software. Handle transactions including cash and card payments. Assist with retail sales and product knowledge. Support team with light administrative task as needed. Assist with administrative tasks as needed, supporting other staff members. Handle incoming mail and packages, ensuring proper distribution. Maintain a clean and organized salon. Provide support as a personal assistant when required. Experience Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a similar customer service role is preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. A background in administrative support or clerical work is advantageous.
