Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Receptionist in Charlotte, North Carolina. - Oversee office supplies, including ordering snacks and miscellaneous items.
- Managing email correspondence and ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Data entry tasks and maintaining accurate records.
- Demonstrating strong customer service skills, addressing and resolving inquiries.
- Utilizing Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook for various administrative tasks.
