Position Overview:
We’re seeking a friendly, reliable, and organized Receptionist / Client Engagement Coordinator to join our remote team. This person will be the first point of contact for families, responsible for answering calls, following up with parents, and engaging with leads from Facebook and other social media platforms to guide them through the intake process and help convert them into clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and respond to voicemails in a timely, professional, and friendly manner. Follow up with parents to assist with scheduling, paperwork, and general questions. Respond to and engage with leads from Facebook and other online platforms to provide information and encourage them to start services. Schedule intake consultations and assessments. Track follow-ups and maintain accurate lead/contact records using our systems. Deliver a high-quality, compassionate experience to every family. Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines. Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred. Previous experience in a receptionist, customer service, or intake coordination role. Comfortable using phone systems, CRM/intake software, and email. Friendly, clear, and professional communication skills. Highly organized and self-motivated in a remote work environment. Must have a quiet, reliable home workspace with internet access.
Preferred Experience:
Background in ABA, healthcare, or pediatric services is a plus. Familiarity with Facebook lead follow-up and messaging tools. Bilingual in English/Spanish is a strong plus.
