Your Role:

Front Desk Receptionist This isn’t your typical desk job. As the welcoming face and voice of our clinic, you’ll be the first person patients meet — and the lasting impression they remember. You’ll play a vital role in supporting our team, uplifting patients, and helping us fulfill our mission of holistic, heart-centered care.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Greeting and connecting with patients — always with a smile Managing phone and front desk communication with clarity and care Scheduling appointments in alignment with the doctor’s care plan Educating patients about services and the power of chiropractic care Handling patient needs, payments, and occasional administrative tasks
