Job Summary:
As a Front Desk Receptionist, you’ll be the heart of our customer service operations—answering calls, scheduling services, checking dogs in and out, and ensuring every client (furry and human!) has an excellent experience with us.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet clients and their pets with a warm and professional demeanor Answer phones, respond to emails, and manage reservations Check-in and check-out dogs for daycare, boarding, and grooming appointments Process payments and maintain accurate client records Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk and lobby area Communicate clearly with pet parents and team members regarding pet care and behavior Assist with other tasks as needed to support the team
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong attention to detail and time management Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Comfortable around dogs of all sizes and breeds Basic computer skills (experience with pet care software is a plus) Prior experience in a veterinary or pet care setting preferred but not required Must be at least 18 years old
