Job Overview:

We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in customer service, as well as knowledge about the specialty equipment that we offer.

Responsibilities:

Greeting and Assisting Members:

• Welcoming members and guests as they enter the gym
• Providing information about gym services, membership options, and upcoming events.
• Addressing member inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner.

Membership Management:

• Providing tours of the facility to potential members
• Processing new membership sign-ups.
• Gathering the proper contact information of people looking to start personal training

Administrative Support:

• Assisting with general administrative tasks such as answering phones, taking care of day/week pass sign ups, and selling front desk items.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization at the front desk area, including stocking supplies and keeping the reception area tidy.
• Helping keep the gym clean and organized throughout the entire shift.

Safety and Security:

• Monitoring gym access and ensuring only authorized individuals enter the facility.
• Enforcing gym policies and procedures to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all members.
• Responding promptly to any safety or security concerns and following established protocols.
