Office Assistant/Receptionist Wilmington Maternal Fetal Medicine Wilmington, NC 28403 We are looking for a Front Office Associate to work in our Wilmington, NC office. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional with strong communication skills. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and handling multiple tasks at once. Responsibilities Provide front office reception duties including patient check in and check out Assist with additional front office duties including scheduling patient appointments, answering and triaging phone calls and filing and scanning documents. Collecting and processing patient payments. Answering and triaging phone calls. Skills Proven experience as an office assistant or in another relevant administrative role Knowledge of “front-office” computer systems (EHR software) Working knowledge of office equipment Excellent organizational and time management skills Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in
