We are a small animal practice offering a variety of services including ultrasound, endoscopy, chemotherapy, advanced surgeries, grooming, boarding, and doggy daycare. Responsibilities Greet clients and their pets upon arrival with a friendly demeanor. Schedule appointments and manage the clinic’s calendar efficiently. Handle phone calls, providing information and answering questions regarding services. Process patient records and maintain accurate medical files. Manage payment transactions and ensure proper documentation. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area. Provide support to veterinary staff by relaying client messages and assisting with patient care when necessary. Fill prescriptions and have a basic understanding of veterinary prescription drugs. Requirements Previous experience in a veterinary or animal care setting is preferred. but not required. Knowledge of Cornerstone software is a big bonus! Must be able to lift 50 pounds and be on your feet for extended periods of time. Must have reliable independent transportation. Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. A passion for animals and a commitment to providing high-quality care.
