Front Desk Receptionist Position Overview :
Moments Matter Therapy is seeking fulfillment of a full-time role that will contribute to both the front and back end of our practice. This involves orchestrating client calls, managing billing processes, providing dedicated client support, and ensuring the support of our practice overall. Must have experience in medical/dental office setting with scheduling and billing.

Leadership Team Duties/Responsibilities :
Manage intake and other client contacts Check insurance benefits for new and established clients Support the billing department in sending and rectifying claims Manage intake documentation collection prior to the initial session and ensure that electronic health records are up-to-date and accurate. Assume responsibility for the upkeep of office equipment Regular and reliable attendance and prompt arrival to work are required Attend monthly team meetings and training as directed by Moments Matter Therapy Passion for collaborating with others and helping our team members grow and learn Other duties as may be assigned by the director
