Job Description:

We are looking for a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at Pawadise. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring smooth operations at our facility.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet clients and their pets with a warm and friendly demeanor Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls and responding to emails Schedule appointments for boarding, daycare, and grooming services Handle client inquiries and provide information about our services Maintain accurate records and manage client accounts Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment Passion for animals and commitment to providing excellent customer service Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office)
