Receptionist/Secretary Williams Ready Mix Monroe, NC 28110 Job Overview We are seeking a highly organized and professional Receptionist/Secretary to join our team. This position will be our first point of contact for customers, vendors, and vistors. This role provides administrative support to the office staff, handles phone and email communications, assists with order processing, and performs general clerical duties. The position is essential in maintaining smooth office operations and ensuring excellent customer service. Greet customers, drivers, and vendors in professional, friendly manner. Answer and route incoming phone calls promptly and accurately. Monitor company email inbox and respond or forward messages as needed. Maintain daily logs, tickets, delivery slips and other records. File and organize job tickets and other documents. Prepare invoices, delivery confirmations, and other paperwork as needed. Order office supplies and manage inventory of administrative materials. Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in an office setting, experience in construction or ready mix is a plus. Strong phone and communication skills. Basic knowledge of concrete products or willingness to learn. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) experience with dispatch or ticketing software is a bonus. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
