- Residential, Commercial, and Association Management This position is responsible for providing timely and highly organized support within Steele Commercial, Steele Property Management, and connected stakeholders.
The candidate shall work well independently as a self-starter as well as within a team environment.
General Responsibilities:
- Manage general office communications, including answering phones, routing messages, and responding to emails.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
- Organize and maintain office files, records, and databases.
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute documents, memos, and presentations.
- Order and manage office supplies and equipment.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping, data entry, record-keeping, and making deposits.
- Support the planning and coordination of meetings and small events.
- Coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Handle ad-hoc projects as needed.
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
Qualifications:
- Similar or relevant experience for at least one year in a full-time capacity.
- Familiarity with real estate brokerage and/or management industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to connect with others.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- North Carolina Real Estate License preferred. Compensation & Benefits
