Smile Mantra Family Dentistry is an established, state-of-the-art, private dental practice and is currently seeking a full-time front desk coordinator to join our dynamic team. This position will support management with insurance/financial and administrative tasks. The practice is very team-driven, with an emphasis on collaboration versus working solo. We offer a friendly, caring work atmosphere, a four-day workweek, and competitive pay and benefits.

Have experience performing insurance processing, accounting/financial tasks, and administrative functions such as drafting correspondence, scheduling appointments, organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files. Are comfortable providing front office support, such as greeting patients and answering phones Prioritize patient rapport and outstanding customer service Show strong respect for all of your coworkers, regardless of position Are committed to adhering to strict confidentiality and ethical standards Demonstrate a commitment to ongoing professional development Have the ability to work flexible hours if business needs require Your history likely shows: Bachelors or Associates Degree Accurate keyboarding skills at 40 words per minute The ability to project a positive, warm and professional image in person and on the phone Strong organizational and administrative skills – you see what needs to be done and do it Ability to multi-task, take the initiative, and anticipate the needs of others Excellent communication skills Flexibility – you understand that your job duties may change from time to time and that you may be asked to “help out” in other areas of the office.
