What You’ll Do:

Greet and assist all visitors with professionalism and a positive attitude Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries Manage scheduling, calendars, and meeting room bookings Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area Handle basic administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry Assist various departments with general office support as needed

What You Bring:

High school diploma or equivalent required Previous experience in a receptionist, customer service, or administrative role is preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and general office equipment Dependable, professional appearance and demeanor Ability to stay calm and helpful under pressure
