The ideal candidate will be a friendly, engaging, energetic, highly organized, dynamic professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The Front Desk Coordinator is expected to have excellent patient interaction skills, strong communication skills, and an attention to details. An ability to quickly learn new systems and operating procedures is a must. Maintaining a high level of professionalism and patient care is critical to the position. Previous experience in front desk operations or interacting with high end clientele is desired.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner Manage incoming calls Answer patient questions related to scheduling, billing, and appointments Schedule surgical and and non-surgical appointments and maintain physician calendars Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and patient correspondence Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and reflects a high end Plastic Surgery practice Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and effectively Ability to work as part of a dynamic team and a willingness to perform additional tasks Experience with, and an understanding of, appropriate social media practices for a medical practice is a plus.

Requirements:

Ability to create an outstanding client experience Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills Dependable while maintaining a professional attitude and presence EMR and patient scheduling experience Strong proofreading abilities for written correspondence A strong attention to detail Proficiency in EMR and client scheduling software Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a medical office is a plus Join our team as a Front Desk Manager and be part of a dynamic work environment where your skills and dedication will be valued.
