Front Desk Receptionist iProtect Insurance & Financial Services Athens, AL 35611 Overview We are seeking a professional and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our iProtect team! This role is essential in creating a welcoming environment for our clients and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Duties Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner. Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel while maintaining phone etiquette. Maintain an organized filing system for documents and records. Taking payments/Handling Mail Learning Insurance Language to better assist clients Ensure the front desk area is tidy and presentable at all times. Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including proofreading documents. Skills Proven experience in a front desk or receptionist role is preferred. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Proficient in computer literacy, including familiarity with office software applications. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Team player and willing to work together with other employees to complete tasks efficiently. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining professionalism. Knowledge of office procedures and practices, including file management.
