The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer support while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires a professional demeanor, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Greet and assist patients in a warm and professional manner. Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently. Answering phones and handling patient inquiries. Processing payments and explaining billing inquiries. Scanning and uploading patient documents and managing patient records. Preparing documents for new patients to review and sign. Ensuring the front desk area is organized and welcoming at all times. Handling customer inquiries and provide support as needed. Coordinate patient schedules to minimize wait times and ensure efficient transitions between appointments. Attend/host networking events to expand patient base. Able to learn and apply scripts effectively to ensure consistent patient communication. Perform office tours to all new patients accurately and proficiently. Effectively communicate with patients about the value of chiropractic care, the importance of consistency, and confidently address objections or concerns. Maintain an organized and efficient schedule by managing patient appointments, handling cancellations and rescheduling, and actively minimizing no-shows. Skills Proven experience in front desk or receptionist roles is preferred. Proficient in computer and other technologically advanced systems with strong typing skills. Strong time management and reliability; demonstrates excellent attendance and punctuality. Quick learner in fast paced environments. Able to handle phone conversations with clarity, warmth, and confidence. Prioritize tasks effectively. Strong attention to detail for proofreading and data entry accuracy. Familiarity with office management practices and procedures. Ability to provide outstanding customer support with a positive attitude. Experience with QuickBooks is a plus but not required. Spanish Training & Development Opportunities:
After completing 1-3 month probationary period, you may be asked to undergo additional training, paid for by the clinic, to become a Chiropractic Assistant (CA). There is also an opportunity to advance further to a Level 2 CA, with the potential to grow into an Office Manager role as the clinic expands.
Pay Structure:
Receptionists are paid biweekly/hourly. We offer a bonus opportunity to any employee who refers patients to our office. After five patients have been referred and signed onto care for at least a month, the employee will get a bonus.
