Tina Vora Salon & Spa is seeking an experienced Front Desk Coordinator to join our team of talented professionals. The Front Desk Coordinator will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, scheduling appointments, and managing the day-to-day operations of the salon & Spa.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm and welcoming experience. Offer variety of beverages to every guest who arrive. Schedule appointments and manage the salon’s bookings. Provide guests with information about the salon’s services and products. Process payments and handle financial transactions. Maintain accurate client records and ensure all client information is up-to-date. Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner. Ensure the salon is organized, clean and well-stocked. Support the salon’s team of stylists and estheticians. Handle and manage salon’s social media, review sites, and other online platforms. Provide daily and weekly reports to the management.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role. Strong communication and customer service skills. Excellent computer skills and experience with scheduling software. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure. Professional, friendly, and outgoing personality. Must have excellent phone and email etiquette. Prior experience in salon, spa or customer service environment.
