Responsibilities Greet and check in/out all clients with warmth and professionalism Schedule and confirm appointments; manage the spa calendar with efficiency Handle cash and card transactions accurately; utilize POS system (Zenoti experience a plus) Promote and assist with retail product sales; maintain organized inventory Ensure the spa front and waiting area remain clean, welcoming, and stocked Address client questions and concerns with confidence and care Support providers with room flow and client transitions Responsible for spa opening and closing procedures Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Organized and detail-oriented with a proactive mindset Creative eye for social media and content creation Familiarity with POS systems (Zenoti highly preferred) Previous experience in a medical spa, day spa, salon, or wellness setting is a plus Comfort with fast-paced, client-facing environments Bilingual (especially Spanish) is a bonus
