• Answer and direct incoming phone calls
• Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
• Greet and interact with clients and perspective clients
• Manage employee schedules
• Manage client appointment calendars
• Assist with administrative support for office staff, sales team, and production/installation department Job Requirements
• Previous administrative experience a plus!
