Duties include providing front desk coverage, checking in visitors, answering the main phone line, supporting our managers and employees, and assisting with daily office needs. The ideal candidate will deliver a professional and qualified first impression to all visitors. This person has excellent communication and customer service skills. They have a basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures/systems and the ability to multitask. To be successful in this role, candidates should be professional, polite, and attentive with good attention to detail. They should always be prepared and responsive, willing to meet each challenge directly. They must be comfortable with computers, general office tasks, and excel at both verbal and written communication. Most importantly, they should have a genuine desire to meet the needs of others.
