Role:
As our Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for visitors and callers—so your energy and enthusiasm will help shape the experience of everyone who walks through our doors (or picks up the phone). You’ll be responsible for: Greeting clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism Answering and directing calls, managing emails, and taking messages Maintaining a tidy and welcoming reception area Supporting admin tasks across the business—think scheduling, document handling, and more Keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes with a proactive attitude
