Job Summary:
We’re seeking an enthusiastic Guest Services Ambassador as we grow and become busier! As a front-line representative, you’ll warmly welcome customers, assist with inquiries, and direct them to the right team member. Ideal candidates must have an outgoing personality, a big smile, and a passion for excellent customer service.
What You’ll Do:
Greet customers with a smile and help them find the right person or department. Record basic customer information using the dealership’s sales system. Answer simple questions and hand out brochures. Keep the waiting area clean and stocked. Help with filing, scanning, and sorting mail. Be a friendly face for everyone who visits!
What We’re Looking For:
Outgoing, friendly, and great with people. Detail-oriented and good at multitasking. Can use a computer (Microsoft Office and Google Suite). Professional appearance and communication skills. Valid U.S. driver’s license and clean driving record. Must pass background and drug tests.
Schedule:
Evening shifts with alternating Saturday availability and potential Holiday availability
