Duties:
Greet and interact with clients in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner. Answer incoming calls on a multi-line phone system and direct calls to the appropriate person. Schedule patient appointments in accordance with hospital scheduling guidelines Obtain medical and other information from referring veterinarians when needed! Receive deposits and payments and explain payment options to clients. Keep the cash drawer balanced and the daily report up to date. Enter client communication into veterinary software Communicate efficiently with staff members to organize case flow. Perform cleaning duties of the lobby, reception area, restroom, and parking lot. Other duties as assigned.
