Our CSRs serve a vital role as the first and last point of contact with a client and their pet. As the face of the hospital, they greet visitors with warmth and compassion, fostering trust in the veterinary team, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. In this role, you will schedule and manage the flow of appointments, provide empathetic customer service while balancing between a multi-line phone system and in-person clients, and provide essential information about the services we provide. This position is ideal for candidates with a background in fast-paced customer service, those who are detail-oriented and committed to contributing to a team-focused environment. This is a Full-Time position with a 4/10 schedule and availability needed Monday-Friday and rotating Saturdays. Full-Time Benefits and Compensation •

Compensation:
