Veterinary Receptionist North Hills Animal Hospital & Resort – 3.0 Raleigh, NC Job Details Part-time $14 – $17 an hour 20 hours ago Qualifications Entry level Full Job Description North Hills Animal Hospital & Resort is looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Client Service Representative to join our team! In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients, helping to create a welcoming and supportive environment for both pets and their owners. If you have a love for animals and a commitment to outstanding customer service, we would love to hear from you! In this role, you will schedule appointments, manage client communications, and maintain accurate medical records. You’ll also handle billing and payments, assist with client education, and ensure the reception area is clean and organized. Our CSR staff is crucial in creating a positive experience for our clients and their beloved pets. This is a Part-Time position with availability needed 4 weekdays (Monday-Friday) and rotating weekends. Rotating weekend shifts are 1 hour on each day, and CSRs are scheduled once or twice monthly.
