Wellness Reception Associate Prejuve MedSpa Cary, NC 27518 We are seeking a Part time Front Desk Receptionist to join our MedSpa team. The ideal candidate should be organized and possess excellent communication skills. • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and efficient manner
• Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area
• Schedule appointments and manage calendars
• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
• Handle inquiries from clients or visitors
• Process payments accurately using a cash register or POS system
• Provide information on spa services, packages, and promotions Experience
• Previous experience in an Medspa setting is preferred
• Bilingual abilities are a plus
• Knowledge of medical receptionist duties are advantageous
