Front Desk Receptionist North Country Dental 22 Exchange St, Gorham, NH 03581 North Country Dental is searching for a receptionist to join our Gorham office. No dental knowledge required, but office experience is a must. This is a fast-paced office environment, and the right candidate must be comfortable with use of a computer; proficient with email; able to fax, scan, and copy; have experience with Microsoft Word; and possess at least rudimentary technical writing skills. A sense of professionalism and experience in telephone etiquette are required. Ever had a job where you watched the clock, waiting for the day to end? This isn’t it. The reception job is multi-faceted and will grow with you. Our team of receptionists handles patient interactions, phone calls, scheduling, referrals, transfer of records in and out, insurance verification, payment processing, and more on a daily basis. The abilities to multitask and prioritize are crucial. The person we are looking for needs to be a team player and be proactive in their approach to the position. We will teach you everything you need to know, but this position requires somebody who is self-motivated and will identify what needs to be done without direct supervision at all times. We are a team of 30 people, with offices in Gorham and North Conway. It takes a team approach to provide excellent patient care, and we are looking for the right addition to our office. We are passionate about what we do and have a high performance standard. Hourly pay will be based on experience and subject to review after a preliminary period.
