Vishay.com. Do you want to help us build the DNA of tech.? Vishay UltraSource in Hollis, NH is currently seeking applicants for a Receptionist/Customer Service Representative. This position will mainly be responsible for receptionist and administrative tasks in our front end. This role will be also support Customer Service with quotation setup, follow up, order entry & management while helping address customer issues.
Job Location:
Hollis, NH is a small suburb in Southern New Hampshire, an hour north of Boston, MA and conveniently located near other major cities and access points in the New England area. Vishay UltraSource has 27,000 sq. ft of manufacturing space and approximately 90 employees working between two shifts.
What you will be doing:
Administrative/Reception:
Answer multi-line phone and direct calls to the correct person in a timely manner Greet guests with a smile when they arive and contact the person they are seeing Sort mail when it arrives and distribute to appropriate people Enter quotes given by sales/customer service team and maintain quote files Process daily orders on hold report and distribute Scanning of completed work orders Assist with ordering supplies for facility Other responsibilities as required
Customer Service:
Support the sales team with respect to assigned and account base of 80 accounts, including aerospace, defense and international customers Responsible for quoting set up, follow up on select quotes, order entry and order management Create RMAs, resolve pricing or delivery issues and assist with expediting requests Respond to customer inquiries on a daily basis, by both phone and email, in a fast-paced environment Perform customer invoicing Other responsibilities as required What you will bring along: High School diploma or equivalent 3-5 years of experience in an office based environment working directly in customer service in a manufacturing setting, preferably in custom fabrication Stong time management skills Excellent customer care and focus; ability to assess customer’s needs and provide answers, paths, troubleshooting help or methods for a positive customer experience Strong interpersonal skills and team orientation Ability to quickly respond to customer issues while maintaining a polite, positive and professional manner Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Must possess a highly-positive and service -oriented approach to work with both internal and external customers Strong problem solving and multi-tasking abilities required Ability to work with limited supervision at times and to follow through with tasks Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel is required Knowledge of ITAR and/or Export Compliance a plus What can we offer you for your talent: Vishay offers a comprehensive suite of benefit programs including health care coverage, financial support programs and other resources designed to help you achieve your personal and professional goals.
