Front Desk Receptionist (part-time) Sunnyside Acura 482 Amherst Street, Nashua, NH 03063 Receptionist Immediate opening for a Part-Time receptionist – concierge at busy high-line automotive dealership. The position requires superior phone skills, professional friendly attitude, organized approach to completing tasks, and excellent follow through.

Part-Time Hours include:

Friday 9-6 & Saturday 8-5. There will be 1 shift on the last sunday of every other month from 12pm- 4pm. Essential Duties Greets showroom customers and determines the nature of their visit. Obtains and records basic customer information, using dealership CRM. Answers basic customer inquiries. Refers more extensive inquiries to the appropriate person. Directs customers to the correct department, notifies the appropriate salesperson that a customer is waiting, or introduces the customer to a salesperson. Answers inbound phone calls. Re-Directs as needed. Takes payment from clients. Maintains professional appearance. Other tasks as assigned. Previous experience in customer service, with a multi-line phone system, cash and credit card transactions necessary. Basic understanding of automotive systems a plus. Reliability is a must.
