Has been serving the community for over 40 years. We are currently looking for Receptionists to join our team in the Nashua, Milford, and Hudson offices. If you have a passion for the medical field and working with patients, we want to speak with you. Candidates must be able to establish a good rapport with patients, possess a caring and cooperative personality, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
This position is responsible for:
Being the face of our practice Gathering demographic and insurance information Helping patient check in both manually and on our Kiosk Collect payment at time of service Keeping patients aware when delays or other situations occur that result in a longer than normal wait period Assist patients during check out, scheduling upcoming appointments, testing, or in the purchase of items (vitamins, eye drops, masks) Occasionally answering phones, taking/sending messages Accurately describing policies and procedures to new and established patients Routinely performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks as assigned by their supervisor. Always Maintaining the confidentiality of the patient and practice All work is to be performed according to quality and safety standards set for the practice.
Requirements Position requirements:
Ability to balance multiple tasks at the same time effectively and efficiently Organization, with a strong attention to detail Excellent customer service and phone presence with proficient speaking and listening skills the ability to show good judgment, quick decision making, and efficient management of the telephone system Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain clear and cooperative working relationships with co-workers and demonstration of regular attendance and punctuality is essential. High School diploma or GED Basic computer knowledge Must be able to work alternating Thursday nights until 6;30 pm and alternating Saturdays 8-1.
