Hooksett, NH Full-Time | Monday-Friday Includes Benefits Join Our Team at Compass of Hope Counseling Are you an organized, compassionate, and detail-oriented individual looking to make a difference? Compass of Hope Counseling, a trusted mental health agency with offices in Hooksett, Hampton and Concord, NH is seeking a full-time Receptionist & Office Assistant for the Hooksett office to support our growing team of clinicians and provide a welcoming, professional first point of contact for our clients.
What You’ll Do:
Greet clients with warmth and professionalism, both in person and over the phone Manage scheduling, client intake, and appointment reminders Handle general administrative duties, including data entry, file management, and correspondence Support clinicians with office needs and maintain a clean, organized office Coordinate with billing and insurance processing teams as needed Track and manage inventory of office supplies and place orders as needed Run occasional local errands to support office operations Uphold client confidentiality and HIPAA standards at all times
What We’re Looking For:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail Comfort with technology and scheduling software (experience with EHR systems a plus) Ability to multitask and stay calm in a busy, client-focused environment A kind, supportive presence for individuals seeking mental health services and staff Prior administrative or receptionist experience preferred
