Minimum 1 year medical office experience preferred. We are looking for a friendly and organized individual to support our audiologist and care for our patients with professionalism. This employee should be attentive to detail, well-organized, and a self-starter. An ideal candidate will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and possess a genuine desire to help others with cheerful friendliness.

Tasks include:

greeting patients, patient intake, verifying insurance coverage and benefits, maintaining schedules, making appointments, managing and processing paper work, answering phones, placing outbound calls to patients, triaging inbound calls, handling patient requests, EMR documentation of all patient communications Must have proficient general computer skills in addition to proficiency with:
