Depositing Representative Health Prime International – 3.9 Salem, NH Job Details Full-time $16 – $17 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Microsoft Word Microsoft Excel Microsoft Office High school diploma or GED Entry level Full Job Description This is a full time n on-site position at our Salem, New Hampshire office location Job Summary The Depositing Representative is responsible for making clients daily deposits, tracking electronic payments, pulling remittance advices as needed.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Accurately separate all checks by client and insurance Total all payments received and enter the correct amounts into the depositing system Create deposit tickets for each client Process all payments received electronically or through web portals Notify Team Leader of any inconsistency found in clients’ deposits. Balance/Forward deposit reports on a weekly and monthly basis. Verify all deposits for clients with bank statements Copy all checks mailed to non-local banks. Process all lockboxes/office deposits (payments sent directly to the bank/client and deposited) and forward to the scanning department. Maintain a cohesive working relationship with all staff and management and working as a team player to achieve optimal efficiency. Other job duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
