This front-line role is essential in providing exceptional customer service to pet owners while supporting the daily operations of our practice. We are looking for someone who loves animals, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to delivering high-quality care and communication to both our clients and their pets. Key Responsibilities Greet clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism, creating a welcoming environment. Answer and manage phone calls, scheduling appointments and routing inquiries to appropriate staff. Maintain accurate and confidential patient medical records and update client information as needed. Process payments, invoices, and handle medical collections with accuracy and discretion. Provide clients with clear information on our services, treatment plans, and pet care protocols. Support veterinarians and technicians with administrative duties as needed. Keep the reception area clean, organized, and inviting. Assist with general clinic coordination to ensure smooth daily operations. Required Skills & Experience We are looking for a candidate with a unique blend of customer service excellence and veterinary knowledge .

Ideal candidates will have:

Previous experience in a veterinary, medical, or customer service role preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Competency in veterinary medical collection processes and record management. Familiarity with animal restraint techniques and safe handling practices. Understanding of kennel operations, animal husbandry, and dog behavior. Basic knowledge of veterinary critical care protocols and aseptic techniques. Comfort with using veterinary practice management software and multitasking in a busy setting. A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset with a genuine love for animals.
