North Arlington, New Jersey ???? Full-time | On-site We are a growing jewelry manufacturing business seeking a motivated Customer Representative to join our team in North Arlington, NJ.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers via phone, email, and in person
- Support daily operations in the jewelry manufacturing office
- Maintain accurate records and manage orders using our computer systems
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Computer savvy (comfortable with email, order entry, basic microcoft office)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Positive attitude and a team player
Preferred:
- Previous experience in customer service or jewelry industry is a plus Principals only.
