We specialize in lymphatic drainage massage, sculpting, and holistic healing, and we’re seeking a Front Desk Manager to be the heart and flow of our studio. As our Front Desk Manager, you’ll be the first and lasting impression for every guest. You’ll lead front-of-house operations, keep things running smoothly, and ensure every client walks away feeling seen, supported, and aligned.

Responsibilities:

Greet and check in all clients with warmth and professionalism Manage appointment bookings, cancellations, and waitlists using our scheduling software Coordinate daily schedules with massage therapists and estheticians Handle phone/email inquiries and maintain timely communication with clients Process payments and manage retail sales Maintain a clean, calm, and welcoming environment in the studio lobby Assist with marketing tasks (social media replies, light content, event support)

You Are:

Warm, kind, and compassionate A natural communicator with a positive attitude and professional presence Tech-savvy with scheduling and POS systems (or willing to learn) Experienced in wellness, spa, or hospitality settings (preferred but not required ) Passionate about wellness, healing, and helping others feel their best
