We’re specifically looking for someone who can work Fridays and Saturdays and help create a welcoming, efficient front desk experience for our clients and patients. What You’ll Be Doing:

Greet clients with a smile and keep things flowing at the front desk Answer phones, schedule appointments, and help solve problems Process check-ins, discharges, and payments Keep patient records organized and updated Handle prescription pickups and retail purchases Keep the lobby clean and welcoming Occasionally help retrieve food/supplies (must be able to lift up to 50 lbs)

Customer service experience (vet med is a bonus, but not required!) A tech-savvy team player who thrives on communication Organized, dependable, and upbeat Available Fridays and Saturdays Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting as needed
