Front Desk Receptionist Position Available In Camden, New Jersey

Front Desk Receptionist DJ Enterprises Auto Sales LLC Collingswood, NJ 08108 We are seeking a dynamic, proactive, and responsible individual to join our team in the Mechanical Service Department. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in auto parts stores or mechanical services, as well as solid knowledge of automotive parts.

Primary Responsibilities:

Coordinate and support services in the mechanical area. Place automotive parts orders from external suppliers. Maintain productivity records in spreadsheets (Excel or similar). Assist with the organization and follow-up of work in the workshop. Maintain effective communication with the team of mechanics

Requirements:

Previous experience in an auto parts store or service workshop. Technical knowledge of automotive parts. Fluency in English and Spanish (bilingual). Basic computer and spreadsheet skills. Positive attitude, initiative, and organizational skills.
