Are you an experienced and friendly professional with a passion for providing exceptional customer service? B Gentle Dentistry is seeking a talented individual to join our dynamic team as a Front Desk Receptionist.

Responsibilities:

• Greet patients with a warm and welcoming demeanor
• Manage patient appointments and scheduling
• Handle phone inquiries and provide information to patients
• Maintain organized patient records
• Verify insurance information and process payments
• Collaborate with the dental team to ensure smooth daily operations
• Uphold a high standard of customer service and professionalism

Minimum Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in a dental office setting
• Knowledge of Softdent software is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
