Front Desk Associate Heights Fitness JC Downtown Jersey City, NJ 07302 Job Description A Heights Fitness Member Service Associate performs exemplary customer service to support all heights fitness members. Task and Responsibilities Greeting Members when they walk through the door in a polite manner. Resolve any member issues that may arise on their shift. Answer the phone in a professional & polite manner. Answer any questions that a potential member may have regarding the membership sign up process, Personal training or general gym questions. Assist new members sign up and process their membership payments. Checkout & process beverage / snack payments. During the shift making sure they complete their in relation to cleaning gym equipment, floor checks, bathroom checks. Ensuring the gym is clean & respectable for all members. Ensuring spray bottles and any paper products are stocked and available for members’ needs. Ensuring all product shelves are stocked Serving protein shakes and slushies from our shake bar Cleaning shake bar Act in a professional manner as you are a representative of this company Requirements Customer Service Experience Communicates efficiently in English, Bilingual preferred Above average math skills, basic logic and reasoning skills, but most of all investigation skills. A lot of what a desk worker does is trying to understand member’s accounts when there is a problem.
