FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST

position is available at both locations .

THIS POSITION REQUIRES

:

• Experience as a Salon or a Spa Front Desk Receptionist
• Knowledge of Meevo/Millennium scheduling program (or similar)
• Experience booking hair, nails, waxing or spa services (massages, facials, body treatments)
• great customer service and salesperson skills,
• Scheduling appointments, payment taking, opening and closing of the register/ organizational skills
• handling a multi-line phone and multitasking

IDEAL CANDIDATE

would know how to book HAIR salon services (haircuts, color, blowouts, highlights, keratin, hair extensions etc.) and SPA & Nail services (skin/body treatments/waxing, manicures/ pedicures), handle payments, open/close business and be a team player along with almost 40 staff members at each location. Part time (Some Weekends and some evenings) / 6 hours of observation/training is required if hired.
