Overview:

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact at our busy automotive dealership. This person will greet customers, manage incoming calls, and support various departments with administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome customers in a warm and professional manner. Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and accurately. Schedule appointments and route leads to the correct departments. Maintain a clean and organized front desk and showroom area. Assist sales and service departments with administrative support as needed. Manage incoming mail and deliveries. Maintain visitor logs and assist with basic customer service tasks.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail. Proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer skills. Professional appearance and demeanor.
