The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support, managing communications, and assisting with various clerical tasks. Responsibilities Manage incoming and outgoing communications via phone systems and email. Maintain organized filing systems for easy access to documents Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors. Support personal assistant duties as needed, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars. Perform clerical duties such as data entry, document preparation, and office organization. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office operations. Handle medical receptionist tasks if applicable, including patient scheduling and record management. Requirements Proficiency in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor. Experience with phone systems for effective communication Familiarity with medical receptionist duties is a plus but not required.
