As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience from check-in to check-out. • Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor
• Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
• Ensure students are at the center for the appropriate amount of time
• Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
• Assist with scheduling
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Escort younger students to parents to ensure safety “`Experience“`
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
• Ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy
