As the friendly face (and voice!) of our hospital, you’ll play a key role in creating lasting connections with our clients and their pets. You’ll be: Greeting clients with a smile and making them feel at home Scheduling appointments and answering calls Educating pet parents on services and wellness tips Managing payments and explaining treatment plans Handling records and supporting hospital upkeep to keep everything running smoothly
